A plan/idea of your flash mob must be included with the registration form. (What will you be doing, your ideal location, how much space your mob would require, what props will you be using, will it be singing, dancing, etc.)
We would also ask that you would help with the promotion of your Flash Mob.
The Nebraska State Fair gets it?
We can’t wait to see what Nebraskans come up with for this.

It seems like if it is this public/known about, it’s not so much a “flash mob” and more a “public dance performance” or “performance art.”
